I have used Nano's Plumbing for years and never once regretted it. Nader and Jr are always a joy to deal with and are always understanding. When it comes to plumbing repairs, renovations, or anything else in-between I can always count on them. Junior is very professional personable and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with and overall just a great human. Not all heros wear capes!!! The biggest thank you to Junior at Nano’s, today we realize we still had plumbing issues and he was my first call again and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!! What an amazing person who truly cares about people and is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful too! Best Plumber we had the pleasure to meet! These guys are the best. I had a faulty gas sensor resulting in no hot water. One company came and replaced a dip tube, then left with still ice cold water. Then they quoted me over 2 grand for a new tank entirely. This being odd, I tried Nano's. It took a bit of troubleshooting but these guys came through. Hot water again after 4 days. Thanks Junior/Nader!

I contacted two big companies, with chat reps online who took my info and set up callbacks the next day (I had been hoping for some actual info about what the job might cost, but they weren't plumbers, just chat reps). Then I wrote to Nano's, a small company (two brothers) and a short while later, got an email from Junior. I explained what I needed, and he quoted me a price - and committed to coming the next day, as I was hoping. No fancy online chat - just direct contact from an actual plumber! He came an hour early, after calling to see if that was okay, and methodically took care of the problem. I'm very pleased.
