He is quick to respond, detail oriented and goes the extra mile to provide the best possible customer service. I visited this branch earlier this week and spoke to Chee, the branch manager. I inquired to open up a new savings account with HSBC. My experience was absolutely phenomenal. The amount of effort put in by him to help me reach my financial goals is something that will resonate with me forever. I was blown away by his level of professionalism, listening skills, and how much he ACTUALLY cared about a customer. I fully recommend anyone to visit him and this branch!
