As a landlord I feel very safe financially and that they’ll take care of my property. Easy to deal with and found me great tenants. I collect my rent and don’t need to worry about a thing. It’s been good so far. I am yet to see the placement but they are responsive and professional. Will probably update once I have a tenant in place. UPDATE - they just placed a tenant!
