Luke’s professionalisms and honesty are unmatched, without the typical stuffy or pushy personality of most realtors. He is candid and personable which made selling our home a breeze. A great communicator and was available whenever we needed, EVEN with the recent birth of his first child! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My family recently used Luke for the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. We have been able to see his level of professionalism from both sides of a home transaction. Through the sale process he was always, ALWAYS available by phone or text and worked with our schedule for showings. He was quick to communicate with other realtors or potential buyers and was always willing to lend advice to us as first time sellers. He helped us with staging and took the most beautiful photos. He also used his influence on social media to advertise our home. We sold our home after only 10 days on the market for just less then asking price in the peak of a pandemic (covid 19) hysteria. Through the purchase process, the sellers of our new home ran into legal issues. We had our hearts set on the new home, and Luke through a lengthy process and what turned into months of extra work was determined to make that home ours. He was calm and collected through the frustrating process but when it came time to negotiate or stand up for us as the buyers he did just that. We ended up in our new home for nearly $25k under asking price! This is someone you want on your side! I was forced to choose 5 stars, because 10 wasn’t an option.

Luke is knowledgable, trustworthy, and very good at what he does. He truly cares about his clients and we always knew he had out best interest in mind. He helped us find our dream home and sell our old house in record time. We recommend him to everyone we know looking to sell or buy.
