From Arliss in the office, to Jay, Ray and the other two gentleman who assisted us, it was a fantastic experience. Arliss assured me she would take care of us and she did. We had a 730am start time, a one hour window for the elevator, it was not going to be an easy day. The gentleman showed on time, worked efficiently, fast and were careful. They were so kind and polite! Everything was in the new place early and undamaged. They really made it as easy as could possibly be. VERY appreciative!!

Wisdom and his crew of four, we’re absolutely amazing, excellent customer service. The crew came across very professional and very sincere when dealing with us. We actually found the entire crew very reassuring and jovial! The care they took while handling our possessions, was amazing. The treated are goods as if they were their own. I would highly recommend Wisdom, Jared, Kevin and Shaun to everyone! Our move took the day and into the evening. These gentlemen, still kept her sense of humor even after a long day with our move! Truly an awesome group, and very reflective of your long-standing company!

We had exceptional service throughout our entire moving process with Highland! We were hesitant to go with a big moving company after hearing horror stories and considered using a storage box move. After the consultation with Jay, he was so thorough and answered all of our questions we decided to go with Highland. We were so glad we did! Jay and LeAnne at the office were so helpful with questions and checked in regularly. Our driver Kevin was exceptionally prepared, honest, hard working and went above and beyond to make things smooth for us. He put us at ease both moving out and moving in and was an excellent leader for both crews. He also made sure to communicate throughout the process. Another huge relief was that Highland provided exceptional service for even a bit less money than the original estimate; their price was very reasonable and worth it. There were no hidden costs and they were transparent with every cost. I would highly recommend Highland and Kevin our driver! Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!
