One of the cleanest most professional Storage Facilities in Richmond. Eric, at the front desk is kind and helpful. He always goes out of his way to help me when I need more storage space, which is often. I highly recommend this storage facility for its kind employees, high security, cleanliness, and hours of accessibility.

The people that run this storage are unique. I had a problem that I was unable to carry out on my own, and within a very short time what seemed impossible was achieved by the two gentlemen (one at the front desk and their handyman) They were so caring and dedicated to Customer Service I felt like I had gone back a decade or two! The place is spotless, the halls are bright and very well run in all aspects that I have witnessed in the past few years that I have been renting here. Thanks gentlemen!!!
