Our story is unique as to how we came to find Sutton, but in brief, I cannot commend this group enough. If I had to rate the best business I have dealt with in MANY years, they are hands down the best at what they do, but also their integrity as a business. These people are good humans. They are extraordinary for many reasons. They actually care, they are experts in their field, they respond, and they truly go above and beyond. Thank you Carlo for all your efforts, no matter what happens with our crazy situation, we are forever grateful to you for all your guidance and expertise. Ron is really professional and experienced realtor. You describe your dream property and he will find one for you. When you feel you need a break, no problems, he will never push you. When you feel you need to be more active in this hot market, no problems, he will drive you to see the property on weekdays and even before the open house starts. Why I say so, because that happened to me. He is a trustworthy realtor on your side who thinks from your perspective and works at your pace. Highly recommend.

Leasing my property was made effortless through Sutton Group Del Mar. This being my first rental property I had many initial concerns, however following in depth discussions with both Carlo and Ron my concerns were alleviated as they explained every step of the process and described their proactive hands-on approach for selecting great tenants. Carlo and Ron went above and beyond in their service. They managed the property which i stayed at for 3 years and my dealings with them were nothing but positive. Even when potentially stressful situations presented them self(usually due to my own fault), their manner of dealing with these matters helped for easy resolutions.
