Just submitted my application for a place with Keaton giving a great virtual tour. Very responsive on inquiries prior to the showing and very knowledgeable about the unit. Won't hesitate to look at other properties with them even if I'm not accepted for my current application.

Keaton called me for a 15-minute phone call that ended up closer to 30-minutes in which he shared his no-BS advice for finding a place here in Vancouver. He said he talks to people like me so he has a better perspective on what tenants are thinking, which helps him help landlords. Who wouldn't want to work with someone who goes the extra mile like that?

Keaton and his team were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would not hesitant in recommending them or using them again to find suitable renters for my property. Keaton was available 24/7 by text and he responded to my inquiries and questions really quickly. They found me great renters that I feel comfortable and happy with. I recommend their services 100%.
