Hired Eugene from Ekan to complete a pre purchase inspection on a home we had written a deal on. Glad we did as the home required extensive repairs including structural that the seller did not disclose. Money well spent, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We used Eugene to carry out an inspection of a West Vancouver condo that we were considering buying. He did an excellent job, focused on all the relevant issues, and took the time to explain everything to us - both inside the condo and throughout the building.
