My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Tim Stachecki as our real estate agent. Tim worked hard to make the process as painless as possible. It’s important to remember that you likely will end up spending quite a few weekends with your realtor so it’s important that they’re likeable and you don’t mind hanging out with them. Tim was personable and allowed us to really relax when reviewing different homes. Tim was also professional and courteous and really helped us find a home we could not be happier with. I would definitely recommend his services and already have to some personal friends.

TLDR: Grant is a great agent! As with any agency it depends on who your agent is. I give 5 Stars for Grant only who i have been dealing with since 2005-ish. Very professional and personable. On the downside I have also dealt with Deborah Dupont many years ago which was just horrible and would not recommend her at all.
