From beginning to end, working with Milani was seamless and such a positive experience. The representative I spoke with on the phone was informative and helpful and I was able to get my garbage disposal fixed within a day or so. My technician Darren was professional, kind, and good company while he replaced the unit. Highly recommend!

Devon R. installed a new toilet for us today and he was polite, courteous, diligent, efficient and even interacted with our 4-year-old. His friendly, down-to-earth nature will make us ask specifically for him again for our future plumbing needs. Bonus: he didn't mind having Peppa Pig playing loudly in the background while he was working!

Claude was here quickly and was immediately able to diagnose our problem and provide alternative solutions. They were back the next day, job was completed on-time and on budget. They also took great care working around plants in our garden for the sump pump repairs and cleaned up spotlessly after the job was done. highly recommended.

I had my water heater changed today. The service was amazing! Technician Karn A. was very professional. He worked very quickly and quietly. On top of all, he explained every detail and make sure I understand every essential information regarding the service. It was a very pleasant experience!
