I lost a key and needed to get my passport tonight and I couldn't find anywhere else open that could also use the code I had to make a new key. I called Broadway Locksmith and was rushing from New Westminster during rush hour. I called a couple times and then I realized I wouldn't make it by 5:30, I would be 5 minutes past closing. I asked if they would be willing to stay open a few minutes late given the circumstances and they said they would wait, and weren't even bothered by it. They genuinely wanted to help. When I arrived, they had the key already cut for me and were so kind and helpful. I don't know who I spoke to on the phone and in the store (one lady and a man) but I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for your help and saving my night.

These guys are great. They banged out multiple copies of my key in under 5 minutes for a great price. Forgot to give the original back, I noticed a minute later, and they already had it stowed and ready to give back to me and apologized. Strong recommendation.
