If you are looking to buy or sell a property Patrick is your guy. He was professional, Knowledgeable and relaxed. His approach made the whole process a lot smoother then other agents we have used from other companies. He was easy to reach and valued our questions and always had an answer or would do his best to look into it for us. Cant say enough good things about him and the team at Kennedy Real Estate.

They are some of the nicest people you will meet in business and are tremendous supporters of the local Edmonton community. I would not hesitate to contact one of their agents when buying or selling a home. They draw from years of experience yet invoke a youthful, energetic spirit when dealing with all their clients. And you have to love that they are LOCAL!

Jennifer & Sheldon Kennedy and the whole team at Local are amazing at their jobs. They really take time to understand a clients needs, wants and budgets. They put in the time and effort to help find people their dream homes. We have had a fantastic working relationship with them now for a number of years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend using their team!
