We recently purchased a home with Aidan as our realtor. I can't emphasize enough how responsive, quick, and always available he made himself to us. We were looking for several weeks, with Aidan consistently giving us updates and real-time assessments of sales in the neighborhoods we were looking, to better provide us with information when we were to make an offer. He actively and reliably obtained answers to questions we had of sellers/their agents in an incredibly prompt manner, and always had our best interests in mind when we visited homes. Aidan was incredibly organized, and when the time came when we wanted to purchase a home, he made all the difference when negotiating a sale. He really stepped up to bat for us on multiple occasions, and made tight deadlines a breeze. I can't recommend him enough!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience using Aidan to purchase our first home. He set up an automated listing service to inform us when new houses came on the market within our criteria, which allowed us to book early showings ahead of other potential buyers. He was extremely patient, and explained many aspects to look for in houses that I wouldn't have thought of. I felt I was an informed home buyer immediately when looking at showings with him.
