Jerad Cox at Sterling Realty is a gem. He was punctual, professional, super-knowledgeable, and very available for viewings and questions. He always gave us our space and never made us feel pressured either for time or decisions. Definitely gave us the feeling that his top priority was our being 100% satisfied with our purchase, yet also shared what he was seeing in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of each property. Although we were viewing during Covid, he always made sure to observe all protocols so that everyone could feel comfortable about the experience.

Ok... If you want one on one service, someone to give you their all... skip the big guys and try the best hidden secret in town. These guys are pros, they actually care about doing it right the first time, and the service they provide is hands down the best. Will use these people again! Smart, down to earth, no ''fluff'' to distract from whats really important. It's good to know theres someone out there who isn't all about the flashy car and pushy sales pitch.
