These guys are top-notch. We lost some fascia during the windstorm last month. I called the day after and Rob walked me right through the process. He gave me timelines to get everything fixed and his guys were right on top of it. The roofer actually sent me pictures on my roof to show me that we in fact didn't lose any shingles. They could have easily taken me for roof repairs. I trust their work and integrity implicitly.

Rapid Roofing and Repair has been LEAGUES ahead of their competition in literally EVERY respect – thorough and timely quotes, detailed presentation documentation package, pleasant service, prompt service calls/scheduling, lower quotes, sticking to budget, no messes left behind, good communication, etc. Fingers crossed that their repairs to the chimney flashing succeed in stopping our leak, but so far so good! They also did our eaves, repaired some siding, and installed some vents. If I’d known it would be this easy I’d have done this last summer! Edit to add: I posted this review 3 years ago, and the repairs they did have withstood the test of time :)

Amazing to deal with. Setup was as planned on both date and time! Quality of the product and efficiency of the crew was spectacular. Did 2600sq ft in 1.5 days. Cleaned up everything, was done well. Inspector (Dan) came by and double checked the work in order to sign off on it all! Would highly recommend using Rapid!

My second floor dryer vents to the roof and became occluded. After attempts to correct issues all summer, I needed the roof vent replaced. I was worried that it would be too late to make the repair in November. However Rapid Roofing was able to give me a quick assessment based on my photos, and send a repair team within a week (sooner than expected). Despite some ice and challenging roof slopes, they had it replaced within an hour. I am very pleased to have this behind us, and grateful for the professional service I received. Thanks so much!

Catherine, Thank you so much for the excellent work that you and Rapid Roofing And Repairs provided to my brother and sister-in-law. It was a Friday morning earlier this summer when my brother was expecting shingles to be delivered to his roof. As he was leaving for work in the morning, there were shingles being delivered to his neighbors roof. He was concerned that they were being placed on the wrong roof, so he said something and learned that they were also getting shingles delivered that day. When he arrived home from work that evening his shingles were indeed on his roof as planned, but there were also shingles on four of his neighbors roofs. The next day, Saturday, the professional crew from Rapid Roofing And Repairs showed up bright and early. They worked all day, on the ground, on the roof, and without rest. By the end of the day, 7 pm, everything was done, nails were picked up, old shingles removed, new shingles installed. No trace that Rapid Roofing And Repairs had been there, but that their roof was renewed. My brother was so impressed that, he had to call me to say how pleased they were with how quickly and professionally the job had been done. I find myself looking at roofs everywhere to see how I might be able to find more work for Rapid Roofing And Repairs. They truly do get the job done rapidly.
