ServiceMaster was prompt to respond. Any questions or concerns were responded to quickly and to my satisfaction. All workers from beginning to end made me feel comfortable and safe an my home. I would highly recommend this company if you need this type of service.

Really impressed by ServiceMaster. They were very prompt in attending our home when we had a flood and assessed and cleared the area within a couple days. They were always exactly on time, and they would always communicate when they would be arriving. I can't say a bad thing about them and they made a very stressful situation (flood before Christmas) much more manageable. They are very careful to provide you with workable living areas while they are performing repairs, even building a temporary kitchen island so that we could have a functioning sink while we wait for repairs. They also take care of all the moving of furniture. Five stars!

The service master team is awesome! We had issues with our sump pump and our insurance company had Service Master come in to take care of everything! Our project manager Jason was so helpful and kind. He followed up and kept in regular contact to ensure everything was taken care of. All of his teams that came in to remove the water damaged items, inventory the losses, clean before and after and all the finishing done in between was amazing! The process was made very easy and turned an overwhelming situation into a manageable and even pleasant experience. I am so pleased with the quality of work and prompt and professional service provided. The care that was taken especially to move our contents so that the floors could be replaced was impressive and very much appreciated! Thank you to Jason and his team for creating a very positive journey and outcome to having our home repaired! I would definitely recommend Service Master!

The trades employed by Service Master were excellent. From the quick initial assessment /estimate done by Justin ,to the final cleanup crew. We are very pleased with the professionalism displayed by everyone involved in the restoration of our flooded basement.

The team responded quickly, explained all processes involved, were very diligent, and also friendly and considerate. I am very grateful for their help, I could not have taken care of any of this myself. Thank you very much.
