I was looking for a creative and practical solution to an odd placement of a downpipe in the front of house by my builder. I asked around but could not find anyone who wanted to come and assess or accomodate my ideas or time. Sergei came on a weekend, listened to my ideas- worked out a practical, reasonable and aesthetic solution. The job was done the next week by his crew as promised by Sergei. It was quality work with a great finish and I am really pleased. I would highly recommend Sergei and his team for exteriors. I am impressed with what he said ''small job, big job they are all important'' as its so hard to find someone to do small repairs.

Sergei and his crew where hired to do the soffits and eave addition and replacement on 40 units in our condo complex. We estimated the work to be done in 6-8 weeks. Sergei and his crew did it in 7 working days based on how well they were organized. It made the job of letting owners know about moving their cars and unlocking their backyard so easy to do. Sergei went above and beyond by looking at owner's roofs and fixing any that had issues. Estimates, invoicing where absolutely wonderfully done, and extremely detailed. I would recommend this company for anything exterior that you need done 100% of the time.

I was looking for eavestrough and downspout installation on a new house. The roof is large and I wanted to avoid downspouts on the front of the house. Sergei recommended 3''X3'' downspouts. The SMA crew arrived at the agreed-upon time, completed the job safely, quickly, neatly and professionally - all at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the installation.
