They were friendly and helped us properly reinstall a couple of screens that came off in the high winds. They installed all our roof line lights. It is strange not to see exposed cords. I have to go up to the second floor and look to see how the cords were hidden. These lights are far superior to the lights we had.

We have used them for Christmas light install and removal. Everything is customizable.... types of bulbs, colour sequence. Awesome!

The spring service was earlier than scheduled , a pleasant surprise in today's service climate! The gutters were cleaned very well and there was no surrounding mess or debris that needed cleanup. I have rescheduled for a late autumn cleanup. Very pleasant staff to work with.

Before I chose Shack Shine I called about 4-5 companies for a quote. Shine Shack stood out above at the rest. I immediately felt like he was building a relationship and I wasn't just another job. He spent the time to explain how the company's equipment worked. I was impressed to hear their technique wasn't like all the others. It turns out Shine Shack pays more attention to detail which means the quality of work was superior. My house looked like new when they were done. Absolutely loved the work they did.

I have Shine Shack decorate my house for Christmas every year. I'm away a lot and by the time I get around to it the food is covered in snow and ice. They tailored the lights to my property and even store them for me in the off season. I highly recommend them.
