Guaranteed (Sears Canada since 1994) Carpet Upholstery & Air Duct Cleaning

I booked them for duct cleaning: one furnace and unlimited vents. Carson Howe was the service person that came and he was friendly and took his time to do the job very well. The service was great and also the price.

Had Guaranteed in for duct and furnace cleaning and they were simply amazing from the first call requesting a quote to the amazing same day service they managed to squeeze us in for. I've never been more happy to give my money to a company. The sales person went above and beyond to fit us in after our furnace stopped and an error code pointed to cleaning. While this isn't the main fix for the furnace it was still much appreciated that she looked for flexibility in the techs schedules and made it happen. The tech Frankie that arrived was friendly and incredibly accommodating. He let us know the process and which areas would be affected and when. He worked around my work meeting schedule such that my work day wouldn't be disrupted. Just an earnest and proficient company to work with.

The technician that cleaned the ducts was on time and respectful. He explained what he was doing and how long the process would take. I would have given a 5, but there was so much lint outside my house from cleaning the dryer vent... I wasn't sure if they are to clean that up or not. I would recommend them!

I'm very impressed with the carpets. They did 5 rooms plus stairs and they look 100% better. The previous tenants nearly destroyed the carpets and you wouldn't believe the difference. I will definitely use them again. They were very accommodating and professional. Price was fantastic too.
