Like the other reviews have mentioned, Patrick is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain things to you. My dryer was having issues venting and Patrick was able to schedule me in quickly. However, once he arrived he discovered that the issue was that the homebuilder didn't install a hood vent and the dryer was basically not venting. He was able to get a roofer in the next day, even though the roofers were extremely busy dealing with a recent windstorm's damages. Patrick then came back the next day and wrapped everything up and my dryer is working like a charm. I can't recommend this company enough, and they will certainly be getting all of my dryer|vent related business going forwards.

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service. Patrick was great. Last year we had another company come in to do a whole house ''Cleaning Package''. It did not work. Patrick came in knew what the problem was and fix it. He is very knowledgeable, professional, had safety precautions in place, and followed up after the call. Who does that? any more. Thank you Patrick and we will continue to use your company 's services for the years to come.

Our neighbor referred us to ADL Dryer Vent Services as they could see that our upstairs laundry room that has the dryer vent on the roof was almost plugged with lint. Patrick was able to get us scheduled in quickly on a cancellation and stated what the charge would be. He arrived early and was suited up and masked (for Covid19) throughout the whole time as the complete job is done inside the house without the need to go on the roof. Not only did he explain the procedure, but went far and above to show the progress and the contents in the vent as he cleaned. Patrick also took the time to look at our dryer that just recently started making noise and explained how dryers are to be installed and did not judge after I told him it was me that installed it and gave some recommendations and also stated that one heating coil was not working in the element. When the work was done everything was cleaned and returned the way he found it. The invoice was the exact amount I was quoted plus a dryer vent hose and correct clamps. We'll be having ADL out annually to clean our vent and keep our dryer working to its peak performance. Rob

These guys are awesome! I had the privilege of having Patrick come to my place to assess my dryer vent situation, they’re the only company I called that even said yes to a dryer-vent only service. All the others will only do full furnace cleans. I have a bit of a weird situation because I use my dryer ventilation to also ventilate my cats little box smell from my condo and I had set it up really weird in the first place. Patrick provided incredible service and great advice. He answered every question I had and gave me some good homeowner education about dryer vents and ducting. He went way above and beyond to ensure my Jerry-rigged setup was re-done correctly. I did not expect this level of service and care from anyone coming to clean a dryer-vent. Absolutely incredible contractor and I highly recommend them for any service they provide based on the level of care I received in my Condo. Thanks Patrick.
