Video Game Repairs

I cannot recommend this business enough. It is absolutely a five star establishment that is well worth visiting for your repair needs. My youngest son accidentally put a video game cartridge into the Nintendo Switch upside down. This made it impossible to play any physical games. We contacted them over the phone and were told it could be fixed but might take some time. So in an effort to get it repaired before the Christmas holiday, a mere 7 days away we took the machine in. The staff were fabulous and welcoming. The office felt cozy and very gamer oriented. They assured me that they would do their best to get the repair done quickly. To my complete surprise they called back in under 24 hours and let me know it was fixed and ready for pick up at my convince. This has been a wonderful experience and I will absolutely go back to them in the future with any video game repairs I have.

Daniel and his staff were awesome. Have gone to him since my days of the red ring of death on my 360. Easy and convenient. Recommend them for any of your gaming repair needs.

Took in my Xbox elite controller after I managed to destroy one of my shoulder buttons, they fixed it up and even gave other elements of the controller a tune up. The work is super high quality and I will happily be back here next time I need work done. Staff were friendly and kept me updated as parts came in and when the repair was fully complete. Thanks guys!

Daniel is awesome! My Pacman cabinet was misbehaving earlier this year. I got in touch with Video Game Repairs and figured replacing the game board would be the best solution. Once it arrived, Daniel came on site and swapped it out. He also noticed that the CRT was slightly off kilter so he fixed that up as well. While he was doing the repair, I pointed out a couple of burnt out light bulbs at the player controls. He said he normally carries a bunch of those bulbs with him but didn't happen to put any in his toolbox that day. Fast forward to a week later, Daniel--completely unexpected--drops off a bag of spare bulbs in my mailbox at no cost. Fantastic experience and a great business. I highly recommend!
