Took my 59 inch Samsung plasma that had blew out the power supply and would not turn on at all. They looked at it and gave me a price to repair it and it worked successfully after. Customer service was excellent and I will bring my Samsung TV back here when it needs repair again. Thank you all for your great work as I now have a TV for Christmas.

Excellent service. Took my 60'' Vizio in that was giving me problems and it was fixed by the next day. Nice that the $50 diagnostic fee is rolled into the final repair price when I went and picked it up. So much better than dropping a grand on a new set when I was able to get it fixed for a fraction of that. Rose was very friendly and helpful to deal with. Would highly recommend ProService to anyone.

Great prompt service. Only costs $52.50 for initial diagnostic test which gets subtracted from total repair bill. Figured it was worth a try. Glad I did. My TV is fixed. Thanks Rose and the gang.

Very happy with the service I was provided. They had my TV fixed exactly when they said they would for exactly what they quoted. Staff was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. TV works great and way cheaper than having to buy a new one. Thank you again for the great service and will definitely recommend and use ProService in the future!.

Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this business. Well worth fixing my TV for a fraction of the cost of replacing it as well as being able to support a small business and reducing waste. A win win situation!
