I took my rca in after 1 1|2 yrs of use i took the power board out because I knew that was the problem because the red light on bottom wouldn't aluminize....I let them know that and they still charged me 60 bucks to diagnose it...fast forward 2 wks they called to tell me that the issue was with the power board (which I already knew) and they ordered a new one part+ labour+ diagnosis and to put the 4 screw in on power board was 300 bucks ( 91 bucks for part) i just told them order the part and I'd install it myself lolol in total COULD have costed me 91 bucks but the potential of 300 ...way over priced labour let them order the parts and install yourself if you wanna save money...

Offerred free advice on my problem, promptly looked for my part(s), stayed late so I could come pick it up. All staff was courteous and proffessional. Plexiglas partition at the counter and staff wore facemasks for the protection of the public. Outstanding!

I needed a replacement power cord and 4 screws for a television stand for ones that went missing during a move. I called knowing what I needed, but they would have been able to look that up if I hadn’t. The kind woman on the phone said she’d need to check their stock but would call me within 5-6 hours. After just two hours, I was able to pick up what I needed from MSJ for a reasonable price. Much better than paying too much for shipping and waiting for an Amazon delivery. Excellent service.
