Excellent service! The technicians were friendly and took the extra time to ensure the equipment was functioning correctly and provided training on the use of the system.

I have been a customer of TELSCO for over 10 years. I am a huge fan. The company is Edmonton based. Any contact I have is with a real person. I have had the odd alarm go and when I get a call it is from someone in Edmonton who is thoughtful, concerned and responsive. I have a vacation property out of Edmonton and had to use a different company. With that service I deal with recordings and automated messages and wait on hold to be connected with a person. TELSCO is head and shoulders better than that competitor which was the best option I had available.

I would recommend Telsco to anyone looking for a great reliable monitored service. We just recently upgraded our system and had a very positive experience. Their technician (Nayan) was a pleasure to work with, and he made sure that we were comfortable with the new features before he left. Our home now feels even more secure!

Our system panel showed a low battery warning after many years of operation, so we scheduled a service call. The technician phoned ahead on the day of the service to be sure we were available, and arrived shortly afterwards. Battery replacement was completed quickly and our panel alarm was cleared. Great service as always. Good job Telsco!

Have been a customer for over 15 years. Have had several upgrades as technology advances and each time has been seamless and done by very professional field staff. Highly recommend these folks. Really like the service that they answer the phone ( a live person ) when you call.
