First time home buyer here! From start to finish, the folks at Mondo Mechanical made it easy for me to get my new furnace and AC installed in a timely and professional manner. When I first inquired about new furnace and A|C quotes, Matt took the time to call me and explain the differences between models in terms that I could understand, and gave me plenty of options on what to choose from. On the days of installation, Vince was the main installer and was super friendly and professional. He also took the time after the job was completed to show me how everything worked and answered all of my amateur questions. Thanks to everyone at Mondo for taking care of me! I highly recommend these guys!

With the cold weather last week, our new furnace (installed by another mechanical company) started giving error codes, woke up to a cold house 2 days in a row, partly due to the weather and the installation of furnace by the other company. I’m pretty handy and was able to get things running again, but wanted to ensure I’d done everything correctly. Matt, gave me 5 minutes of his time over the phone to give my piece of mind I had done everything correctly, as well as some great advice on running and maintaining the new furnace through the cold weather. Thank you Mondo!

One of their technicians Larry came over, well prepared with covid precautions as well! He went through everything he was going to do, and we kept clear of his area! No messes left or anything, he cleared the piping issues we had, and advised on every other question we had. He also had a partner come in to help get it done a little quicker as our old house had a few things pop up! So Mondo had a second technician Seth come to help get it all done quick, without charge! Even though there was a bit of extra work they didn't tack on extra costs! It was great! They were awesome!

We have used Mondo on a couple of occasions now, always fairly priced. The latest techs were Vince and Zach, having them in our home felt like having family doing the work. Knowledgeable and experienced super professional. Will definitely use these guys again.

These guys were amazing! Vince and Seth worked hard and efficiently to provide heat back in our home quickly. The business owners dad even brought us space heaters until they could come do the repair in the morning! We are more than impressed to say the least! Great work guys!
