The service technician, Ryan, was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He made a point of carefully explaining (and showing me) the results of his maintenance check, which was great and helped me to better understand why it's important to get an annual maintenance check in the first place. Lastly, he was also really good with our golden retriever who really liked Ryan immediately. Our retriever is a really good judge of character so that told me a lot about him!! Simply put, Ryan provided excellent service.

So the technician is on site now repairing my furnace and I have to say how great he has been. From the first stop by to diagnose the problem to him installing the parts today he has been amazing. The gentleman on site is Nelson Walker and if every staff member is 50% as good as this guy you would still have amazing service. Can't say enough good about his professionalism and service. I always hate to have furnace problems but if I do I'm calling McKinley again no matter what!

We first used McKinley in late January to have our furnace repaired. Christopher did a great job getting it back up and running but advised that we should consider replacement due to the age of the furnace. A week later we had to call McKinley again and Andrew was able to troubleshoot the new problem and get the furnace running. It was time for a new furnace. We made an appointment with Chris (sales consultant) the following day and he talked us through our options for furnace replacement and payment. It was a very positive experience and he was able to schedule the work for the next day. Devin and Robb arrived on time and the installation was completed well within their estimated time frame. Both of them were very courteous and took great care moving components in and out of the house. Devin thoroughly explained the new thermostat to us and showed us where the manuals for the new equipment were kept. From initial phone contact right through to the completed installation we were very happy with all aspects of McKinley's staff and service. Even though our problems occurred in the middle of a brutal cold snap we were able to get same-day service to keep heat in the house. We would highly recommend McKinley Heating Service Experts.

Our furnace broke down on the first truly cold day this winter. I called in and a tech (Chris) was here within the hour. Unfortunately the news was we needed a new furnace, he immediately contacted Rhonda and she came over with portable heaters and set us up for a new furnace the very next day. The 2 techs arrived sharply at 8:30am (Devin and Jamie) were amazing, they worked all day and by 4:15 we had a working furnace, and a tutorial on how everything works. Very quick and efficient service from Devin and Jamie. After my furnace died, they were on-site the next day. They installed a new furnace, cleaned everything up and clearly explained how the new thermostat works. House is warm again with no burst pipes. Will keep using McKinley.
