Nor-Can Heating & Air

Our blower motor died and we needed help fast. Of course it is the coldest night when it decided to give out. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to find a part while we were calling other companies for help. He didn't have too but he found help and called us back to say he could now fix the issue if we still needed him. Nobody else could help yet he found a way to find the part. Seriously fast too! Definitely recommend.

He was able to fix my problem in about 5 seconds and even though it was an embarrassingly obvious solution he never made me feel dumb for missing it. I called Nor-Can Heating because my furnace was leaking. Hussein replied promptly to my request and was very helpful. He provided me with suggestions via text so I could troubleshoot without asking for payment, and only when I couldn't resolve the leak, he offered to step in immediately. The leak was resolved quickly and I only paid for diagnostics, which was $120. Hussein was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you.
