These guys are awesome! Super respectful - even had their own mat that they placed at the front door and took off their boots every time even though the plumber had to run to and from the truck several times over the course of the appointment. The plumber was able to get our cap off the main sewer line that two other plumbing companies we previously used had failed to remove. One Hour also replaced the cap and greased it good so it won't be impossible to remove in the event of an emergency. Highly, highly recommend.

We had another positive experience. We called on Wednesday re: a repair needed for our bathroom sink. As usual, Chris came the next morning, rolled out the yellow mat at the front door, and assessed the work needed. He gave us options and was very patient while we worked out the best possible solution to what we wanted done. We soon had a new sink with new pop up. We were able to use our old taps that were the style we wanted and were still in very good condition. Thanks Chris!
