I ultimately did not use this company but they did call me as a follow up and refunded my dispatch fee. Since I did not use them they were concerned that I was not happy with their service. Not the case at all. Sean, the plumber who came to my house was very polite and explained everything clearly. I just decided not to go this way. This company does stand behind their motto. Kudos.

Highly recommend Action Auger! Richard was personable, professional and was very thorough in his work. We had a camera inspection of our sewer line and explained everything as they went. Brian from Action Auger made our plumbing problem exceptionally convenient and bearable. When you have to call a plumber it is because something has gone terribly wrong and you need help. Brian responded to this need and made us feel that we could trust him right away. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, he let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to happen in language we could understand. So often, you have people come into your home to fix a problem you have no experience with or knowledge of and they fail to educate you and keep you informed. Brian was not like this at all; he told us step by step what he was doing and even showed us what he was explaining so we could see and learn. He then provided us with numerous options and was straight up about the price, time commitment, and outcome probability of each. This experience was exceptional in every way and Brian personally was a pleasure to have in our home. If we ever need a plumber again Action Auger will be our first and only call and we will be requesting Brain come out to help us. He has a level of expertise, experience, customer service and professionalism that most companies lack these days.
