Sewer backed up in my basement. I called Mr Rooter and they came right away. I had Evan as my technician. He was amazing. My kids loved him because he gave them Mr Rooter toys. I appreciated his honesty and professional but friendly approach. He walked me through everything. Was very upfront about pricing. I was not charged for more than he quoted. I have an old house with old plumbing that didn’t make it easy for him. We went with the power wash to remove the roots from the clay pipe. I ended up needing a new sewer pipe. Evan informed me my insurance may help and they did. Evan and a few others from Mr Rooter did the no dig sewer replacement. All together they were here 4 times. I absolutely recommend Mr Rooter!!!

Called on Mr Rooter to find out why my water heater wasn't working during a vicious cold snap. Anthony came in the same day discovered an issue with my current unit and ultimately I decided to install a new unit. The next day Anthony and Christian showed up and had the new unit up and running the same day. Anthony and Christian were amazing, polite, respectful, honest and informative. They showed me how to use the new unit and followed up later that day to see if I had any issues or questions. They also fixed a minor issue with my water softener. The dispatch kept me informed on timing and worked things out so all could be done as quick as possible. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them for all my plumbing and heating needs going forward. Thanks guys!

Brenden and his team from Mr. Rooter consistently delivered professional, polite and punctual service doing a few very important plumbing jobs in the downstairs basement of our parents' 50-year old home. They did high-quality work and alerted us to some issues that needed to be addressed, but never in an ''up-sell'' sort of way. In fact Brenden would provide a worst-case scenario budget and the work always came in well under that. I would strongly encourage other folks with major or challenging plumbing jobs to give Mr. Rooter a call.

We are beyond pleased with the service we got from Mr.Rooter. We had a very big job (3 days) and they did not leave until everything was perfect. Brenden was fabulous at explaining things, asking if we had any questions numerous times and doing the work to high standards. Would highly recommend you don’t go anywhere else. They care about their customers. Thanks Mr.Rooter for an awesome experience. We will never call anyone but Mr.Rooter in the future.
