Had a patio door lock fail. Called them. Very prompt service. Hard to find part came in quickly. Service was scheduled the next and the locksmith who came in was polite, efficient and gave me some useful advice for avoiding being scammed by bad locksmith types. Nothing but good things to say!

You can trust these people, never let you replace new locks when repairable. Reasonable price with excellent work! Half price and better service compared to Lock Surgeon, they are crazy overpriced.

I am very impressed. The response I got about my inquiry was detailed, informational and personalized. They were able to get someone out to my location the next day which was great. The employee who arrived on site was informative, took the time to explain what could be done, gave me a quote before starting, offered options and then made adjustments with keys when needed. He did all of that while being well spoken, polite and kind. I would definitely use their business again and am happy to recommend them to anyone in need.
