I called David and his team to help with remediation and repair of a flooded rental property. David was extremely helpful in walking me through the insurance claim process, including suggestions for a plumber to come and assess the damage so that all the necessary information is provided to make the insurance claim process as smooth as possible. David was prompt in sending out a crew to begin the remediation, and his communication of the scheduled timing was always accurate. Restoration 1's crews worked quickly and respectfully and even finished the job early by staying late. I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, getting the rental property back to normal as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 to others.

In early June we had water enter our home from through a wall where the deck was mounted on our walkout. Andre and team came to assess the situation and were prompt in using imaging tech to determine the extent of the problem. Insulation, drywall, trim were quickly removed and drying equipment was installed. Andre carried out a search for water sources and was able to provide ideas for contractors to follow. The basement floor furniture was covered, and preservation of undamaged areas were protected. In August, once major home repairs were done, Gustavo and Alex arrived to do the restoration. Their work was nothing short of excellent. The wall was rebuilt with insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, expertly mudded and painted in just two days. The ceiling was also repainted and looks great. All in all, one will find the staff at Restoration 1 Calgary excellent in skills, great attitudes and effort. My wife and I wish to thank Restoration 1 staff for their work. We would recommend contacting them should you have a water crisis or something similar happen to your home. They were invaluable at both ends of a major problem we had and we truly appreciate their work.

We had some water damage on our ceiling. On the phone, David explained it was minor damage and unlikely to get worse soon. He visited within a couple of days, inspected our attic and gave us the peace of mind that there was no obvious cause. He clearly explained how to fix the minor damage ourselves at little cost and what the next step will be if the damage returns or gets worse. Thank you David for the excellent customer service!
