Finally I have found a reliable cleaner! I have tried many since moving to Calgary, and I'm so happy to have come across NewGen. We don't get routine cleaning but whenever I message them one day or one month before, they always manage to accommodate us. We are a busy family and they always make my life so much easier by showing up and doing a great job. We have been clients for more than a year now and definitely recommend them!

I've been extremely happy using NewGen's cleaning services for ~1 year. Kathleen & Charles and their team have provided excellent high-quality cleaning at a reasonable rate, and are very responsive to my frequent requests at all times of day. They rarely miss an item during a cleaning, and if they do, they're immediately onsite to fix it. They did such a great job of the hotel-style cleaning for 6 Airbnb units (2 bed/2 bath) that I hired them for the common areas of our new 135-unit Class A apartment building (hallways, elevators, office, gym, lounge and rooftop patio). Their attention to detail and diligence following cleaning procedures during COVID-19 has allowed us to keep our building extra safe for residents and open our common amenities. We recommend their services to our tenants at move-out to alleviate the stress of cleaning when moving, and they always deliver great work within a short time frame at month-end. Several of the other Google Reviews are from our tenants who hired them for regular cleaning during their tenancy, and we are fortunate to have access to reliable and trustworthy cleaners for our property.
