Wow - this team really knows their furnaces and installations. Of all the companies I contacted to quote replacing our 60s era furnace system with something from this decade, they were by far the most thorough and detailed in their assessment. And, they replaced our out-of-commission furnace faster than I would've ever anticipated. Perry, Scott, Jay and Brian and the rest of their team are really top notch individuals and I was extremely impressed by the quality of the installation. Totally satisfied. I am so thankful I heard about them and that I made the decision to upgrade our home HVAC system right the FIRST time.

We needed a large furnace repair completed during the pandemic and Horizon was highly recommended. I emailed for a quote and Matthew responded very quickly and accurately. He was also able to book me in fairly quickly which was appreciated. When the repair person (Mike) came he was very careful and wore a mask and gloves - we also wiped everything down before he arrived and after the repair was completed. He was very professional and got to work straight away. For the several pieces that needed to be replaced he did so very quickly and well. The furnace was making a lot of noise before (which is why we needed the repair) but once the repair was done it has been working beautifully. We were aware of the cost before hand so nothing was a surprise. And it was well worth the cost. Mike was really nice and personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. Thanks Horizon for keeping us toasty and doing such great work. Highly recommend.

We recently had a new furnace installed at our home. We were very impressed with the whole process. There was absolutely no sales pressure and they spent a considerable amount of time explaining our options. The work was done very professionally all of the individuals involved were courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete. I had Perry come to my home for an assessment of two bathroom fans, with one that needed a vent. He was on time, knowledgeable and genuine. I couldn't have asked for a better visit. The staff that were sent, for both roof vent installation and HVAC, were quick, kind and did very good work. Much recommend!
