They were closed early because they need to disinfect everything because of COVID, but I saw them outside and asked for a favour and they did my apartment keys with great service!!! Amazing people!

I have used these guys a couple of times now. Once was to change my front door lock a few years ago, and this time to repair/change the telephone intercom in my condo. Both times I received courteous service at a good price. I was quoted a standard price for the first hour which I assumed would be the minimum and I was pleasantly surprised that when the job was done in 25 minutes, I was only charged for half hour plus the price of the telephone unit. I also really liked that the technician took the time to call me before heading to a job farther away, which would have had me waiting for hours. I am very pleased! Just be sure to call as they don't answer emails through their web site. ;-)
