Will you recommend Inspection Expert inc. a Building Inspector in Montréal ?
Did a duplex inspection with him. The inspector is very good, thoroughly checked everything, he used all possible devices. Found a leak in the roof, strong in electrics and attentive to details. Checked ventilation and french drain. He found cracks in the foundation, checked every window and walls for heat transmission with thermo camera, provided an excellent report in several days. I recommend this inspector, he is also a handy man, you will definitely not regret if you chose him!
