We've been working with Shack Shine for several years now, especially when it comes to our exterior season. Seamless execution everytime. Working with and relying on another trade can be challenging at times, especially when you have high expectations of providing your customers with an exceptional experience. The communication is always on time and free flowing. They will squeeze us in last minute and will always keep you updated. We recently contracted Shack Shine to clear off our roof moss and clean out our exterior gutters. The team showed up on time, were very friendly and did a meticulous job. We were truly impressed by their professionalism, and quality of work. They even offered to show me before and after pictures of the roof and inside of the gutters. I have worked with Shack Shine for a good 3 years now. When I first started I was happy to find a work place that prides themselves on their work culture. Professionalism, being kind to your fellow co worker. Not judging people based on race or how they identify. I believe it starts with a strong work ethic and the rest shouldn’t matter. Be honest, respectful, kind and work hard. Most importantly Shack Shine allows you to be yourself. I couldn’t ask for better bosses and I would recommend working here to anyone that’s interested.

I was doubtful at first, mainly due to pricing, I didn’t know the going rate. I am so glad I had it done. Excellent job, professional workmanship, Derek arrived on time. Worked the whole time and the job is five star. I will use Shack and Shine again..soon thank you Derek. Worth every cent!
